We built Legacy Roofline Solutions around a straightforward philosophy: homeowners deserve quality products, knowledgeable installers, fair pricing, and honest answers without the high-pressure sales tactics often associated with large national home improvement companies.
We believe the company you hire should still be there after the installation is finished. That’s why we place as much importance on service, communication, and long-term customer relationships as we do on the products we install.

Meet David Campanella
David Campanella is a Northeast Ohio entrepreneur, veteran, and founder of Legacy Roofline Solutions.
David’s career has included building and operating businesses across several industries, with extensive experience in home improvement and residential real estate. As a successful real estate investor, he acquired, improved, managed, and ultimately sold residential investment properties, giving him firsthand experience with the decisions homeowners and property owners face when investing in their properties.
That experience helped shape Legacy Roofline Solutions.
David saw an opportunity to build a different kind of home services company, one where homeowners could receive straightforward advice, understand exactly what they were purchasing, and work with a local company rather than navigating layers of commissioned salespeople.
Today, David remains actively involved in Legacy Roofline Solutions and the development of its exterior home services, including permanent architectural lighting, outdoor accent lighting, gutter systems, gutter protection, and specialized solutions for Northeast Ohio homes.
His approach remains simple: offer homeowners quality products, professional installation, competitive pricing, and service they can depend on before, during, and after the project.
Meet Tom Zaffer
Tom Zaffer brings decades of business ownership, entrepreneurship, and home improvement experience to Legacy Roofline Solutions.
A veteran of the home improvement industry and a lifelong entrepreneur, Tom has built, owned, and sold businesses across several industries. His experience includes custom home building, medical billing, and other entrepreneurial ventures, giving him a broad understanding of what it takes to build successful companies while taking care of customers.
Tom also has deep roots in Northeast Ohio’s Arabian horse community. He owned and operated a large Arabian horse farm and was involved in breeding and racing Arabian horses, an industry that requires patience, attention to detail, and a long-term commitment to quality. His involvement in the Arabian horse community continued for many years, including supporting the sport at the national level. (EquiSearch)
Today, Tom brings that same entrepreneurial mindset and decades of practical experience to Legacy Roofline Solutions. His background in home construction and home services gives him a valuable perspective on quality workmanship, customer service, and building a company around long-term relationships rather than one-time sales.
